Chishtia school of thought gave countless sufi personnel to subcontinent the list started from Khuwaja-e-Khuwajgan Moin-ud-din Hassan Sanjari Rehmatullah, well famous as the name of Gharib Nawaz. Hazrat Gharib Nawaz Rehmatullah devoted his life to subcontinent for islam. The mission of Khuwaja Gharib Nawaz's peace and harmony continues and remain till qiyamat in every part of subcontinent and all over the world through his certified (sufis)representatives.

Early Life

The Founder of silsila-e-aalia Chishtia Nizamia Lutfia, Hazrat Moulana Lutfullah Shah Rehmatullah was a born wali-allah, before his birth a saint, said to his father that Allah will give you a son who will be the great saint of his time. The father was very much delightful, as he heard it and placed special arrangement of islamic studies for Moulana Lutfullah Shah Rehmatullah.

Hazrat Moulana Lutfullah Shah R.A. was Ashiq-Rasool (S.A.W)(Lover of Muhammad S.A.W) and Ashiq-e-Allah (lover of Allah),he was very much knowldgefull and energetic, in his early days he joined Tehrik-e-Khilafat he was very famous for his knowldgefull speeches among the circle of tehrik-e-khilafat. "Under the flag of Tehrik-e-Khilafat, Punjab Khilafat deputation comprising Molana Manzoor Ahmed and Moulana Lutfullah khan R.A arrived at sirsa on 26 november 1921. A crowed of both hindus and muslims was present in public meeting held on same day. Moulana Mazoor Ahmed , Moulana Lutfullah Khan R.A and several other local leaders were addressed to the meeting. Moulana Lutfullah Khan's speech was very instructive and impressive." (Book: History of Sirsa by Jugal Kishor Gupta)

Once he was delivering speech to a large gathering of muslims, the police reached to abandon the gathering. People scattered as police opened fire, Moulana Lutfullah Shah R.A. sheltered in a old house, a saint Moulana Fazl-e-Haq Shah R.A. was sitting there for meditation as he saw Moulana Lutfullah Shah R.A. , Moulana Fazl-e-Haq R.A. said to Moulana Lutfullah R.A. "evantualy you came i was waiting for you", moulana lutfullah r.a did not understand at that time and explained the situation that police was back to him. Moulana Fazl-e-Haq r.a said sit in a corner, meanwhile the police reached in that old house and enquired to Moulana Fazl-e-Haq r.a about , moulana fazl-e-haq r.a replied get him if you found. Police did not find anyone in the room and left.

After that incident, Moulana Lutfuallah Shah R.A become disciple of Moulana Fazl-e-Haq Shah R.A. Moulana Fazl-e-Haq Shah Patoudi R.A. gave khilafat to Moulana Lutfullah Shah R.A.

Death / Wisaal

Before the death, Moulana Lutfullah R.A admitted to hospital due to his diabetics disease; Moulana Lutfullah R.A knew that time has to leave now, so moulana Lutfullah R.A called in room to Hazrat Sufi Abdul-Hameed R.A and transferred all authorities, knowldege, faiz of silsila to Hazrat Sufi Abdul-Hameed R.A. Although Hazrat Sufi Abdul-Hameed was so young at that time and was studying in Ali-Garh Muslim University and even other senior caliphs of Moulana Lutfullah Shah R.A. were present, But the responsibilities of Leadership of Silsila Aalia Chishtia Nizamia handed to a young Hazrat Sufi Abdul-Hameed R.A.
